Physical,
First impression: He's tiny and he wears a patch over one of his eyes.
Medical: Deidara has four mouths. Two on his palms and a bigger one on his chest. This is sewn shut with snare. At the start of the game he only has one arm.

Mental,
Psychic: NA but he is pretty good at detecting illusions. He won't be immune to them, however.
Magic: NA

Physical,
Killing this character: I am good with death. But it has to be discussed with me first.
Injuring this character: He can receive injuries that won't be permanent. Contacting me about it first isn't necessary. You can make your character try to injure him.
Fighting this character: I am perfectly comfortable with fights. You can always throw them at my way.
Intimacy; Initiating physical contact with this character: I am also comfortable with intimacy. However, take into consideration that Deidara doesn't always react to it generously.
Limiting this character's physical autonomy: It's okay to overpower him if that's reasonable. Again, he won't react very generously to any of that.

Mental,
Privacy; what kind of thoughts can be typically detected and possible secrets that you want to hold onto: I'm generally good with whatever you can find from my tags. However, if you want to grab his secrets, you want to talk to me first, because these are things I don't want you to assume. I'm pretty particular about them. Not in terms of what your character can read but what IS there to be read in the first place.
Limiting this character's mental autonomy: I'm good with this too. You need to contact me first, though. Lets talk it through! And I want you to understand that if he ever catches a whiff of your character doing this, he WILL aim to kill them. The same goes with reading thoughts though.

But feel free to mess with him! I'm just warning you right off the bat that he will react very badly if he finds out.

Earth release/explosion ninjutsu/Chakra control
LEVEL 1
Deidara can control his chakra (life force) and uses it to produce small effects such as enhancing his strength or speed. This also includes features like attaching himself on something by chakra or increasing his balance, walking on water.

The idea is that he controls his force through his chakra circulation system and pushes it out from chakra points all over his body.


LEVEL 2
On level 2, Deidara can perform the lowest level of ninjutsu, rank-E. These include techniques that children can perform in Naruto-verse. Replacement-, clone- and transformation techniques.

List of E-rank ninjutsu. Deidara doesn't know Thousand years of pain or Sexy techniques.


LEVEL 3
An earth release technique, binding chakra into clay sculptures. He can change their size and animate these sculptures. Basically, he'll make a tiny bird out of special clay, enhances it size with earth release, then animates the sculpture to fly on its own. He can spy by this technique or distract opponents or fly on the back of the birds.

LEVEL 4
Explosion release. It means that Deidara can explode the clay sculptures that he makes.

C1 and exploding clay. He can't quite produce the amount of power for C2 & C3 yet.


LEVEL 5
Clay clone. Deidara's special clay clone technique is an upgraded version of the usual clone technique. He can trap his opponent with this technique and he can use the clone as a weapon, making it explode.

LEVEL 6
A simple upgrade on the volume of his ninjutsu. He can produce bigger effects, handle more clay at once.


Additional levels for chakra release that can be bought separately:

Level 2: Genjutsu resistance.
This is related to one of his eyes. With each level, he gains more power. Basically the idea is that he has trained one of his eyes to see through illusions. I don't plan on making him relearn this right away, so I'll make a proper level up plan when I want him to learn this.
